Shipping & Returns


  • All products are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Please select the shipping you would like to use during the checkout.
  • Your order will be subject to 1-3 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page. 
  • Italiana FoodTech Inc. ships to Canada & US. If you are shipping to the US, all duties and taxes are recipients responsibility if applied.

Processing & Cancellation:

All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered. 
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible. You can request a cancellation in one of the following ways:

*Ensure that you include your order number in your email, and/or have it readily available if you are phoning in. 
Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding special order items)



  • We accept returns of unopened products up to 7 days after the date of delivery if product has retained it’s original condition. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable are not within our return guidelines.
  • If purchaser wishes to return items after the 7 days of delivery, a 10% restocking fee is added. All shipping is at purchaser’s expense.
  • No exchange or refund allowed on special order items once they are processed.
